You will lead management reporting, enterprise consolidations, and forecasting, while serving as a key partner in financial transformation and automation initiatives. This role requires strong financial analysis, executive level communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. To thrive in this role, you will bring strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and executive level communications. You are skilled at translating complex financial results into clear, compelling business insights and understand how to balance the science of financial accuracy with the art of financial storytelling. You are naturally curious, embrace new technologies and automation opportunities, and are motivated by continuous learning, growth, and making a meaningful impact through executive decision support.Like what you see?Apply now!Learn more about ADP at jobs.adp.comWHAT YOU'LL DO:Management Reporting:Own the development and delivery of executive reporting, including CEO/CFO dashboards, presentations, and materials to support senior leadership decision making Develop quarterly Investor Relations earnings support materials and ensure financial messages are accurate, clear and compellingPartner with Finance leadership to continually improve management reporting, with an emphasis on analytical rigor, financial storytelling, and actionable insightsEnterprise FP&A & ForecastingLead enterprise FP&A consolidations and reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful resultsCoordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting across business units and corporate functionsIdentify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging issues and proactively communicate them to Finance leadershipHelp drive consistency and accuracy across the planning and forecasting processFinancial Analysis & Modeling:Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytical tools supporting forecasting, scenario analysis, financial performance management, and strategic initiativesDeliver insightful financial analysis that highlights performance drivers, emerging trends, risks and opportunities, enabling proactive business decisionsFinance Transformation, Automation & AIIdentify opportunities to automate and improve recurring reporting, analysis and planning processesSupport the modernization of the team’s financial tools, processes and reporting infrastructureDevelop scalable approaches to AI and automation across the FP&A organizationCross-Functional Partnership:Build strong relationships with Finance and corporate function partners across the organizationPartner with stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate financial results into meaningful business insightsServe as a trusted Finance partner who brings both analytical rigor and sound business judgement.Own high-priority strategic projects as business needs evolveExperience. You have 6-10 years of demonstrated progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or related analytical discipline supporting financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, planning, and presentations.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:A track record of increasing responsibility, scope and impact throughout your finance career.Expertise in financial modeling and reporting, including developing and maintaining financial models and analytical tools to support financial performance management, scenario analysis, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making.Experience creating executive level presentations to effectively communicate the story behind the numbersTechnically competent and curious, with experience leveraging AI, automation, financial systems, or emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and analytical effectivenessDetail oriented with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial information and effectively communicate key insights to stakeholdersFlexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assist with various ad hoc projects, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality financial reporting and analysis while operating effectively in a fast-paced evolving environmentAbility to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing business partners and finance stakeholders at multiple levels of the organizationExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
