Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Houston, TX. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for clients by handling inquiries, scheduling services, and supporting daily administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist clients, visitors, and drivers in a professional and courteous manner
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
* Schedule moving appointments and coordinate with dispatch and operations teams
* Maintain accurate customer records, job details, appointments, and documentation
* Provide clear information about services, pricing, scheduling, and availability
* Assist with basic billing, invoicing, and payment processing
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email systems, and scheduling software
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
