About job: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to support daily front-office operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. The Receptionist will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, drivers, and team members while assisting with phone calls, appointment coordination, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced transportation and relocation environment. Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers, visitors, drivers, and team members in a friendly and professional manner. * Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries. * Provide accurate information regarding moving services, appointments, schedules, and company procedures. * Assist with scheduling and confirming moving appointments and service requests. * Coordinate customer information and requests with dispatchers, movers, drivers, and operations staff. * Maintain and update customer records, appointment details, service requests, and other office documentation. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer, email, and data entry skills.
