Role We're looking for: A Graphic Designer who will own the creation of high-quality visual collateral across marketing and sales. You will play a critical role in shaping how Nitra shows up in the world—bringing our brand, product, and value proposition to life through compelling, polished design. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys partnering closely with marketing and revenue teams, and is excited to build foundational design systems. Responsibilities Owning the end-to-end design of marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, web assets, email graphics, social content, and event materials Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals Maintaining and evolving Nitra’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing materials Supporting go-to-market initiatives with fast, high-quality design execution Creating templates and scalable design systems to support a growing organization You have 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environment A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, layout, typography, and brand systems Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma required; Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred) Experience designing marketing and sales enablement materials that drive clarity and conversion We offer Equity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
